Our commission was to work with the new Anglia Community Leisure Trust to develop their financial plan prior to their becoming a trust company (limited by guarantee).
The financial plan included financial modelling for their new flagship leisure centre in Newmarket.
We worked with abda interior design consultants to design and build the Newmarket Leisure Centre's cafe bar. We undertook the financial modelling for the new cafe bar which helped the Council decide on their style of food and beverage operation.
The financial plan ensured the trusts liabilities were fully understood and provided for. The plan was accepted by the Forest Heath District Council as being a fair reflection of the financial requirement for the trusts future sustainability.
