New Horizons Consultants undertook a Leisure Needs Assessment of the IoW Council which included financial planning for the proposed leisure facilities portfolio.
The Council wish to review the financial plans for their leisure portfolio in the light of the forthcoming proposed £8M capital developments.
New Horizons Consulting in conjunction with the Councils leisure teams have:
Reviewed and updated the financial plans developed for Heights, Waterside and Medina and compared them with current performance.
Identified the financial the viability of the forthcoming proposed developments and
